I taught the boy to cast on and knit yesterday. I was honestly surprised at how quickly he picked it up (lucky thing too, because I'm not a good teacher and I have ZERO patience).

The boy has two nerds for parents (as a fellow nerd, I use that as a term of endearment :D) and is very smart. I'm not surprised he got it so quickly.
He looks so sweet :)
And yes, he definitely caught on very fast! Wish I could get my daughter to catch on that fast LOL I'm giving her time, lots of it. She's got a busy life already and one day she'll figure out she can make time to learn :)
